Wayne Gaston Zachary
Wayne is survived by and the proud father of Brent Zachary of Crystal Lake, IL. He is further survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 brothers; his long time significant other, Janice Burrell; and Brent’s mother, Frances. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Danny K. Zachary
Danny K. Zachary Sr., 79, from Anderson, died Oct. 1, 2022, suddenly at his cabin in Madison, Indiana.
Danny was born June 23, 1943, in Jamestown, Tennessee, the son of Otha Allen and Dorothy "Memaw" (Slaven) Zachary. He worked in production at Delco Remy for 41 years before retiring in 2001.
He was a lifetime hunter, avid fisherman, loved going to the casino, and his passion was playing basketball, watching his children play basketball, and cheering on his grandchildren. His happy place was quality time with his family and friends at his cabin.
He married the love of his life, Mary Jane (Zirkelback) Zachary on May 15, 1963. They were together for 41 years until her death in 2003.
Danny is survived by five children, Lisa Culley, Danny Jr. (Millie) Zachary, Andrea (Daryl) Jones, Pam (Jeff) Martin, and Randy Zachary; his siblings, Bob (Mary) Zachary, Bill (Mickie) Zachary, Carolyn (Dale) Wiles, Linda Parks, and Larry (Debbie) Zachary; several grandchildren, Justin, Chelsey, Jessica, Jeremy, Brittany, Casey, Tyler, Cooper, Ryan, Katie, Alexis, Abigail, John, Leslie, Russ, Cameron, Cale, Kim, Laura, Joel, and Mariah; several great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way; special nieces, Rita Harvey and Susan Blackstone; and special nephew, Chet Zirkelback.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; three brothers; son-in-law; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022, and Friday from noon until the service at 2 p.m. both at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Passed away in his sleep November 13, 2006 at his home in Lake Zurich, Illinois
He lived at his Lake Zurich home from 1956 until he died,
but his heart was forever in Jamestown, Tennessee.
Married to Georgia E. Blair on December 3, 1949 in Albany Kentucky by minister O.G. Lawless.
James spent many years as a journeyman machinist with the Bell and Howell company in Lincolnwood, Il.
In his younger days James was a competitive bowler, winning many trophies.
He also was an avid fisherman for many years.
Most of his retirement was spent on his hobby of gardening.

Departed on Jan. 6, 2009 and resided in Anderson, IN.
Anderson - Otha "Junior" Zachary, 71, Anderson, died January 6, 2009 at his residence after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
He was born April 18, 1937 in Jamestown, Tennessee, and lived in this area most of his life.
He retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 27 1/2 years of service.
Junior was an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.
He is survived by his wife, whom he married June 13, 1999, Tracey (Stanley) Zachary; son, Matthew Zachary; daughter, Terri Hogue; brothers and sisters, Leon & wife, Orpha Zachary, Bob & wife, Mary Zachary, Bill Zachary, Danny Zachary, Linda Parks, Carolyn & husband, Dale Wiles, Larry & wife, Debbie Zachary; mother-in-law, Alice Stanley; sister-in-law, Sherri & husband, Earl Hatter; grandchildren, Ashley & huband, Wyatt Mendes, Adam Zachary, Cassandra Zachary, London Hogue & Logan Hogue; two great grandchildren, Lil Wyatt & Deavonte Walker; several nieces, including special niece, Lindsay Merrill, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
The family would like to give special thanks to Southern Care Hospice.

Ashley Danielle Reed
Ashley Danielle Reed, 35, of Anderson, passed away on Jan. 30, 2022, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 28, 1986, in Anderson.
Ashley graduated from Mamaw's Homeschool in 2004 and loved family get-togethers. She was also a movie buff and loved everything and everybody. If you had a baby, she would make them "her baby".
Ashley is survived by her parents, David Reed and Deana (Frank) Staimpel; grandparents, Linda Parks and Carl (Kelly) Parks; siblings, Mitchell Reed, Colton Reed, Taylor Reed, Hayley Reed, Mariah Simmons, Madison Reed; special aunts, Carolyn (Dale) Wiles and Staci (Brent) Busby, special cousins, Noah Warriner, Levi Warriner, and Elijah Warriner; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Ashley is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lester and Mary Reed, and her uncle, Timothy Reed

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, at the funeral home with Ryan Cox officiating. Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park.

Leon Dallas Zachary
Leon Dallas Zachary, 86, of Alexandria, died Sept. 28, 2021 at Alexandria Care Center after a two-year illness.
Leon was born Feb. 26, 1935, in Jamestown, Tennessee, the son of Otha Allen and Dorthy May (Slaven) Zachary.
He worked in production at Delco Remy for almost 40 years before retiring in 1993. He was a member of UAW Local 662.
He was a lifetime softball player and is in the Fast Pitch Softball Hall of Fame. He was a representative for Amateur Softball Association and a manager and played in a lot of ball leagues.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Orpha Mona (Turner) Zachary; children, Rick (Karen) Zachary, of Anderson; Kathy (Todd) Utley and Lisa Zachary, all of Chesterfield; siblings, Bob (Mary) Zachary, of Anderson, Bill (Mickie) Zachary, of Vevay, Dan Zachary, of Anderson, Carolyn (Dale) Wiles, of North Carolina, Linda Parks, of Chesterfield, and Larry (Debbie) Zachary, of Anderson; sisters-in-law, Loma (John) Vincent, of Muncie, Cloma (Hoppy) Posey, of Tennessee, Marion Turner, of Muncie, Sheldon (Saundra) Turner, of Anderson, and Tim (Jill) Turner, of Tennessee; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James and Junior Zachary.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, in the West Chapel of Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
