at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born July 2, 1915 in Jamestown, Tennessee, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. She lived in this area since 1953. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church. She is survived by her Nine Children: James Allen & wife Georgia Zachary of Lake Zurich, Illinois. Leon D. & wife Mona Zachary of Anderson. Otha Allen Jr. & wife Tracy Zachary of Allens, Tennessee. Bob L. & wife Mary Zachary of Anderson. Bill Q. & wife Mickie Zachary of Madison. Dan K. Zachary of Anderson. Carolyn & husband Dale Wiles of Pendleton. Linda & husband Carl Parks of Anderson. Larry & wife Debbie Zachary of Anderson. Eight siblings: Evalean Slaven of Jamestown, Tennessee. Ellen Zachary of Anderson. Bud & wife Helen Slaven of Jamestown. Imo Gene Choate of Jamestown, Tennessee. Ken Slaven of Jamestown, Tennessee. Joe Slaven of Jamestown, Tennessee. Francine Roberts of Anderson. Dottie Wheeler of Florida. Special Friends: Louise Carlson and Ella Jones. Thirty Three Grandchildren, Sixty Seven Great Grandchildren and Thirteen Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded by her Husband: Otha Allen Zachary Sr. Mother: Octie Downs. Stepfather: John C. Slaven. Two Sisters. Two Grandchildren: Wesley and Brian Zachary. One Daughter-in-law: Mary Jane Zachary. Services will be Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 11:30 AM, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel; 200 W. 53rd Street; Anderson, with Charlie Soden officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson.
